Design of control system

The height of the warehouse represents a major parameter of the level of the three-dimensional warehouse, and generally 10 ~ 20m is suitable.

If the volume of the three-dimensional warehouse is N, the number of lanes is A, and the number of layers in the height direction of the shelf is B, the number of columns D in the horizontal direction of each row of shelves can be calculated according to the formula D = N/2AB. The total number of shelves can be determined by the number of rows of shelves and the horizontal size of the cargo compartment. According to the total length, width and height of the shelf, considering the actual needs, considering the office, operation control room, turning of the handling machinery and other auxiliary facilities, the overall size of the warehouse can be determined.
