Structure of roadway stacker
Lifting mechanism
The lifting mechanism is composed of a motor, a brake, a drum or sprocket, a flexible piece, and an anti-fall safety device. Commonly used flexibility.
The pieces have wire ropes and lifting chains. The working speed of the lifting mechanism is generally controlled at 15-25m/min, and the highest can reach 45m/min. The lifting speed should be provided with a slow gear, such as 3-5m/min, which is mainly used for the smooth and accurate stop of the stacker, the short-distance pick-up of the fork, and the lifting of the load.

Cargo platform and loading and unloading telescopic mechanism
The telescopic speed of the fork is generally controlled below 15m/min, and the highest can reach 30m/min. In order to facilitate starting and braking, when the telescopic speed is greater than 10m/min, a slow gear should be set.
