Stacker operation cycle time
The cycle time for multiple machines can be divided into average single cycle time and average compound cycle time.
Average single operation cycle time
The average single operation cycle time refers to the time obtained by dividing the total time required by the stacker for a storage operation cycle (or storage operation cycle) for all cargo compartments from a certain outbound / incoming station divided by the number of cargo compartments. The working time of a single fork and single extension stacker can be expressed by the following formula.
Ts --- average single operation cycle time, s;
j --- number of shelves, 1 ~ m;
k --- one shelf layer, 1 ~ n;
tjk --- one-way moving time, starting from the storage station to the one-way moving time of layer k of j,
tf --- fork time, the time at which the goods move at the storage station or the cargo compartment, s;
ti --- downtime, control delay time, etc., S.
