VanDerLand uses its own CROSSORTER cross belt trolley sorter as a small piece automatic sorter, which is coded SCS in the VanDerLand product series.

Overview

CROSSORTER offers a flexible sorting solution for mixed sorting of small to large goods. It handles almost all types of products gently. 

Each carrying module is composed of two carries that can independently perform the sorting action. 

When handling large items, the two carrying trolleys are a sorting unit. The belts on the trolleys can be automatically moved independently during the sorting action.

Adjust the angle of the package according to the direction of the grid, so as to minimize the gap of the grid. When handling small items, each trolley performs a sorting action separately, which fully reflects the flexibility in the sorting process.

The CROSSORTER sorter is controlled by a FSC (VanDerLander's patented PC-based system process controller) controller.

In addition to the standard functions of FSC (introduction line, confluence, sorting, tracking), special requirements can be controlled according to the equipment control requirements:

• Turn on / off the system

• Energy saving control

• Fading stop control function

• Analysis of events and faults through the control cabinet

• Troubleshooting (alarm stop detection, thermal overload protection, jam detection, encoder error detection)
